"You can buy pools and spas anywhere.  The Poolside difference is customer service.  I've been a customer of Bob's for 13 years.  He always takes time to visit, teach, and go the extra mile to find a clever solution.  He has mastered the art of pool water chemistry, and was even able to teach me!  He found a clever solution, using a boat ladder to serve as a pool ladder from the deck.  He even collected materials during a hot tub factory visit to give me, as well as an instructional video tape so I could fix a crack in my hot tub.  Satisfied customers may migrate elsewhere, but delighted ones do not!"
